Three ingredients, one bowl, one blender …. et voila! I used to think making pate was insanely hard but this was far from it, and tastes glorious. I made some Low Carb crackers and needed something to put on them so thought I’d blitz a few bits together and hey presto pate was made 🙂 I made one smoked salmon and one tuna but I’m confident this would work with anything you fancy, mushroom would be scrummy for sure!
- 100g smoked salmon (chopped) or tuna (1 small can drained)
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend, I used a stick blender but a standing one will work too.
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate.
Thats it all done! Easy right?! Equal parts flavour to cream cheese, blend and refrigerate! Sorted!
