Keto Garlic and Rosemary Cheesy Puff Rolls

I’ve been ransacking my mind for something that could replace those yummy scrummy garlic dough balls you can get in the shops, they’re a fave of mine and I’ve been craving garlic! So I’ve come up with a combo which made the most scrumptious puffs and by doing so have stumbled upon something which doubles up as a fabulous low carb ‘roll’ replacement 😀

They’re so easy to make and wonderful hot or cold, what are you waiting for?

Ingredients

  • 100g ground almonds
  • 50g grated parmesan
  • 50g grated mozerella
  • 50g grated cheddar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp dried rosemary
  • 50g softened salted butter (or unsalted and add a pinch of salt)
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 minced garlic clove

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200c or 180c fan assisted and line a baking tray with non-stick paper
  2. In a large bowl combine all the cheeses, ground almonds and baking powder
  3. Add the garlic and butter and use a fork to combine until crumbly
  4. Add the egg and mix until well combined and a dough is formed
  5. Chill in the fridge for 20 mins
  6. Split into 10 portions (or less if you’d like bigger ones!) and roll between your palms into balls
  7. Place on the baking sheet allowing gaps between as they will spread
  8. Bake for 15-18 mins until golden and risen

Either eat these straight out the oven or leave to cool and enjoy as a roll with any yummy filling xx
